I have found that in the past when doing this....finding foods that my body tolerates and digest easy were my best options. But I'm a boring eater and could eat the same thing day in and day out without it bothering me.
I could eat chicken, jasmine rice, and broccoli in huge amounts like 800 calories + per meal....and be starving 2-3 hours later. I remember eating meals like that constantly....and then at the end of the day taking in almond butter along with Carlson fish oil pills throughout the day to make sure I was getting enough healthy fats.
Plus the almond butter at night would help keep me full until I would start over the next day.
