I could eat chicken, jasmine rice, and broccoli in huge amounts like 800 calories + per meal....and be starving 2-3 hours later. I remember eating meals like that constantly....and then at the end of the day taking in almond butter along with Carlson fish oil pills throughout the day to make sure I was getting enough healthy fats.
Plus the almond butter at night would help keep me full until I would start over the next day.

Agree with this 100%, certain foods my body just plows through. The girl always says "what the heck is wrong with you" when I'm starving 45mins after dinner looking for something to chow down on haha
