My avg breakdown of protein sources during the week day.
6am: protein bar or rice cakse with peanut butter
11am: 6-10oz what ever meat I have whether beef/chicken/etc
5:30pm: 2scoop protein shake with a heaping spoonful of peanut butter
6:30-7pm: 6-10oz whatever meat
8pm: english muffin w/ peanut butter and honey maybe a cheese stick too
9pm: 3 eggs w/ usually ham an cheese
I don't count calories/macros or any of that jazz so whatever that adds up to is my daily average haha. During my dinner at 6:30-7 I eat until I am full though, so sometimes more than one helping.
I'm also just eating peanut butter out of the jar throughout the day whenever I get a little hungry, can't get enough of that shit haha
