My favorite wood with a Caramel/Cognac interior is this, I believe it's mahogany, wish they offered it in the G30, although it would probably be too much given the large panel sizes.

Similar look to the "high gloss Vavona wood trim" in my E39 with gray leather. They must have had about 100 layers of clear coat on that wood.
