Another VO with M3 GTS wheels (source: http://www.autogespot.com/bmw-1-seri...e-1/2013/09/01).

My personal preference for VO remains gunmetal: sporty look, but not as racy as black.

True that the M359 wheel (M3 GTS + 1M) is a great design, hard to be beaten by aftermarket wheel designers.

Its design seems to be clearly inspired by the cool E46 M3 CSL wheel.

Only regret: BMW should release a gunmetal version of both these wheels - that would be a sure-fire hit. Why did BMW miss out on that opportunity ?

Left: E46 M3 CSL wheel (M127) | Right: 1M wheel (M359):

Actually, there were two wheel codes for the CSL wheel:
- wheel code 127: original CSL wheel (235/35 + 265/30)
- wheel code 163: "CSL style" - "ZCP" - "Competition" (225/40 + 255/35)
