I wanted to share my results for RaceChip GTS Black on my G30 M550 that I purchased from Ben

Equipment:
- 2015 F10 550i, retired, JB+, DashCommand
- 2018 G30 M550, current car, RaceChip GTS Black on Map 7, Dragy
Testing conditions:
April 2016 for F10, outside Temp around 45F
April 2019 for G30, outside Temp between 41 and 48F
I have been taking the same route to work for the last 6 years. Testing was done on the same stretch of the road, similar weather conditions and the same distance from home. This is true for the Stock/Tuned pulls on G30 as well as original testing with my F10. F10 info was detailed in the following post.

Last Thursday I received Dragy and tested the car in stock mode. I performed five back to back 60-100mph pulls. The range was 5.47 to 5.67 seconds. Which is 0.2 seconds faster than my F10 550i with JB+. This just proves the fact that G30 M550 is way underrated.
I installed RaceChip GTS Black over the weekend. Install was as easy as described in the instruction that Ben sent me, about 30min. I was able to skip step 4 that required the removal of the air boxes.
On Monday, with the similar weather and on the same stretch of the road, I performed five 60-100 pulls back to back. The range was 4.78 to 4.95 seconds.
What can I say; I was not expecting 0.7 sec improvements with RaceChip from 60-100mph, especially since JB+ gave me 0.5sec on my old car. Power delivery is a smooth as stock, midrange is definitely improved. Coming from the standstill and using Launch Control, I now have a slight wheel spin.
