The above is not your iDrive firmware, it's just the software patching for the bluetooth stack and other media functionality.
To find your iDrive firmware, here's the steps. Would you please check it and report back which version (letter) is on yours post upgrade (after the rear camera recall fix).
click Map button
click Option button
click Navigation Settings (iDrive)
click Position and software version (iDrive)
click Software version (iDrive)
You'll see NBTevo_X where X is the firmware.
I'm thinking you'll have NBTevo_R. If you have R or later I'm curious if BMW resolved the Spotify iDrive app issue where the HUD would only display "loading" instead of song titles and Forward/Back options. |
