Just had this problem, and solved it.
Car BMW530D M-Sport 2019 bought used in Germany and transferred it to Denmark.
TV-Module found 40+ channels, but after the search the list in iDrive is empty.
This is a known issue and was solved by the local BMW dealer.
The workshop needs to program the car as if the TV-module has been replaced.
Then the car needs to locked and left for 15 minutes to go into hibernation.
Then the exact same procedure must be repeated.
There is a known bug in the BMW tool regarding this.
Everything works now also the CM module in the rear compartment.
