As for the warranty, since I work for BMW, I don't want to be making statements, that could be used against me later. BMW has become more strict recently about mods. They are flagging any abnormal boost levels and might decline your warranty if something bad happens later on.
JB4 is by far the most significant one on the list. Drop in filter and muffler are dealer friendly, so don't worry about these two. Downpipe can't really break anything in your car either, so it's fine too.
In reality, our engines are very reliable and can take high levels of boost. JB4 has proven to be a "safe" and powerful option for years, just don't switch between maps blindly.

I agree with what you but, another great option is BM3 stage 2 93 and a Evloution Racewerks downpipe. this combo is a really nice upgrade. Now I'm waiting for my Dinan catback exhaust. |
It is nice, but the lci model can't be tuned yet.
