...I am kinda lost...;
I am talking about engine break-in period, which "requires" you to keep the RPM under certain range rather than pushing it to redline when you first get your car.
Many people gave me this example, which does make sense but I don't know if samething applies to these cars as well.
"It's like you wake up while you are in middle of sleeping and make you spirint a mile when it is 30 degrees outside."
Last year when a friend of mine got his 325 sedan, he had about 1600miles of break-in period.
I am just wondering if anyone knows about this in detail since it seems like many of you have direct connection with BMW.
