My door placard recommends F 2.1/R 2.5 bar for my car, in normal use. Far too low to prevent irregular wear in my use. I run F 2.4/R 2.65 bar, and get even wear rates.
Same on my last BMW, recommended front pressure was far too low to prevent poor shoulder wear. Rear needed a minimum of 0.15 bar (2 - 3psi) increase on setting pressure, to help the inner wear, with the camber and toe we have on the geometry.

interesting I have Goodyear all season runflat as well (245/45 R18 XL 100H, i.e. whatever the basic they ship with the sports line), my recommend was 32psi front/38psi back, so 2.21/2.62bar, i.e. already higher than what was recommend for you guys already, wonder why...
