What model year?
I seem to recall that the usb slot in the armrest was only there based upon an option being specced for the car although I'm not sure what.
I have one in my 2017 model.
Maybe it was part of the technology pack (that was the name in the uk which included wireless charging, gesture control , display key and enhanced Bluetooth - subject to me remembering that correctly)
In summary might be worth stating model year and options as that will probably correlate the differences. Whether it can be retrofitted I have no idea but depends what you want it for whether just power or ability to listen to music from it
