Even at the end of its adjustment, the driver's mirror can't be positioned far enough 'out' and shows too much of the side of the car and not enough of the road. The passenger mirror is the reverse - too much road and not enough car side. Is there an adjustment that can be made or a part that can be changed to set up the LHD mirrors for RHD?
Mirror housings sit at different angles, driver vs. passenger side. LHD vs. RHD versions will mean the adjustment range is not set for a conversion.

Whether there is any way, other than the correct housings, hard to imagine.
