Apparently you have to wait for the email to come out. Mine expired on Tuesday, but it's still working even though it shows expired on the ConnectedDrive site. I called numerous times trying to prevent this from happening, but I got a different answer from each person I spoke to about what the process was. I did confirm that my vehicle is on the schedule. What did they have you do exactly? Thanks.
