Everything I have read is that:
1 - If you have an active subscription, you don't have to pay anything
2 - if you don't have an active subscription, you have to pay $80 to get the long-term
The $300 option is gone/replaced, as I understand it.
At $80, I would say "go for it". For $300, I would really have to think about how long I plan to keep a car and an iPhone.

My trial ended on Tuesday, but the $300 option is still there which I've already paid and had refunded once when this announcement came out. They did confirm that my vehicle is on the list to be migrated.
