My SA said that during the reprogramming, while connected to BMW, BMW notified them that the display needed to be replaced. My SA said they probably recognized something to indicate programming alone wouldn't cut it. They ordered the display, which arrive the next day, and after install and reprogramming the car was ready by noon. So I hope that solves it; it should. --Bob
