I have a 2019 540i that had the same problem. They replaced the cluster in my car. Been working good for about 22,000 miles since the change. I had the same three restarts and it went away. I took a picture of it with my iPhone to show the service advisor. He called the mechanic to have a look at the picture. The mechanic said I know what this is. They will be able to fix it for you. In case you are wondering what is involved in changing the cluster here is a link to a maintenance page about it. They were able to replace mine without any sign of it being tampered with.
