It takes a little while to get used to working the numbers and understanding what leasing is all about. There are some auto lease math web pages that will help you understand how it all "adds" up.
I can pm you a broker's number. I think he charges 1% of the selling price if you're interested. I had a trade so I didn't use him, and I also wanted to fully understand leasing.
So with blind spot(can't get it w/out s and g) and dark trim selling price should be ~ $67247.
Residual ~ $44,400
Depreciation 635/month
Interest w 7 MSD $55/month
Monthly payment w/out taxes $690/month
7MSD $700 x 7 = 4900 + $690 + $825 acq fee + taxes + DMV = due at signing.
Thinking about your situation I would order the car, delivered to CA and have it waiting for you when you arrive.
