If I'm one of the "guys" you're referring to...then no, I'm not saying you can't override the setting on the rear AC control if you have the 4 zone climate option. But if you don't have the ALL or SYNC button initiated...then warm air could be coming from the rear vent if a rear passenger turned the dial into the red area.  |
I wasn't asking anyone specifically. I just found it odd or stupid that BMW would make a system where the driver can't override the rear settings unless there an option. So odd that you would have to reach around to the back in a luxury car to change heat settings if you don't have 4 zone climate control or sync. Heck my Honda Pilot SUV has sync setting button.
