I have seen that it is possible to put 7 series wheels so worse case, I will go with that option if I put a stage 3 and 305mm rear tyres. I am not worried in that case since 305 is giving me a good grip with my ZCP M5 stage 1 with around 650hp and 750nm.

Depends what you mean by good grip. If you want a decent start and not spinning in 2nd 3rd yeah. But you will simply not have the same traction as xdrive. If you already own a rear car then you're good as you know what to expect - for me, I'd not go for that as I like the feeling of being fairly secure in pushing it out of the corner
. And it's my main daily shared with family. If it was a second car that maybe. But each of us prefers a different thing
