Yes. Trap speed understanding would have prevented more than a few posts here.
The S6 for example - runs a low 12 at 115 MPH. These cars are very close to identical. People see a quicker ET and ignore the MPH trap speed. And the track conditions, and the DA and other factors...
Fantastic DA, less weight from due to less fuel for example, and better traction from less psi in the tires and you are at the same ET.
You need that actual 1/4 mile experience though to understand that.
