I've never really listened to Taylor Swift but after seeing an article on CNN about how she got all worked up over a banana, I thought it was funny. So I went to YouTube and did a "best of Taylor Swift all time" search. I started listening to a few tunes. Then I told myself "hm... I am too old for these stuffs". There seem too much of the teenage angst vibe in her music. I felt a bit embarrassed listening to her feeling like some old guy trying to take a peek into young girl things.

Growing up in the 80's, Careless Whisper was a big hit and it was written by George Michael when he was a teen but you could never tell. Even now the song seems quite grown up. I don't think the early Madona was that girlish either. Maybe it's the Facebook generation thing.
