Piper is right down the street from me. I've seen this beast in person a few times already. I've actually already posted about this car earlier this year.
They've completely built this car from scratch. Read about it on the site above, they've done an impressive job. Right now they are fine-tuning some idling probs they've been having. The engine management is not from BMW, they are tuning everything themselves. Very impressive.
