I'm subscribed. I'll give my dealer a shot but I have no confidence in them since meeting what their so called 'Genius'.
If it's showing as a booked service for you, then there's nothing the dealer could do. You should also logging from a computer to check map selection and OTA update setting. If none of them work, it's time to get in touch with BMW.
