Have you had issues? Very early B58 engines had some issues. I think BMW worked through those by the start of 2018, if not before.

My 2017 G30 had a couple engine issues early on. Worst was random stalling. Other than that, it's been great.

I recall 2016 340i had a new teething issues, but nothing too terrible. I recall in 2010-2011, same niggly early issues with the N55.

Wouldn't surprise me if the M1 has an issue or two to deal with over time... One thing they did was up the fuel pressure again for the M1/O1 versions. Other changes were for cooling, production simplification, etc...
