for those that are getting 25+mpg after your battery has depleted, have you ever reset your instrument cluster right afterwards? Just to see what your "fuel only" MPG reads? This is when my car reads 15 mpg. If I don't reset mine, it can easily reading 35+mpg... but that's not an accurate read for fuel only consumption because its an average consumption combined with electric miles.
