If not too late, here are a few things to keep in mind.
The '30d' engine code is B57D30O0 and it is a single turbo engine and the '40d' engine code is B57D30T0 and this is a biturbo engine. In regards to tuning, the general stage 1 tuning for the 30d will bring it to a 40d engine. One good thing to keep in mind is that the 30d engine is mated to the 8HP 75 gearbox and can only take 750nm of torque or 550lb-ft. Why not go to a local engine tuner and ask some questions about the possibilities?
