Base price went up $2,200 USD.

They tiered the grouped packages differently. Executive includes Premium components, where as for 2019 you had to order both but the price went down if you build to this level.. For 2020 executive level it's a $2100 option plus Parking Assist for $700 giving a total of $2800 which includes everything in 2019 build out of Park Assist, Premium & Executive which was $3050. so price overall lowered by $250.00. The LED Headlights moved to standard.

Nearly all other options/packages remained the same price - Metallic Paint, Individual, Merino Leather, Nappa Leather, Luxury Seating, Drivers Assistant Plus, Park Assistant, Dynamic Handling, Bower Wilkins Audio, Ceramic Controls, heated steering, rear seat entertainment & night vision. space saver spare.

What Else Changed: Front & Rear heated seats dropped from $850 to $350, Active Cruise Control removed from stand-alone option.. that appears to be all.

BMW LaserLight & Selective Beam are not listed anywhere. Unless I'm missing it somehow, I don't see it as an option. but it was very clearly stated in the press release it would be available. so we might see a guide amendment coming at some point soon. Here's the Press Snipit "BMW Laserlight with BMW Selective Beam will be added to the optional package of innovations exclusively for the BMW M550i xDrive Sedan and BMW M550d xDrive Sedan"

Live Cockpit Professional was also discussed with iDrive 7 is a standard feature now included on all M550's.


For my location, the incentives went up on 2019 models, the Lease dropped from $759 to $699 for same $77K MSRP vehicle with what appears to be same money down. New incentives should land on 6/1 which should show both 2019 & 2020 offers.
