It works (kind of). Definitely better than ECE coding the FLMs as roxxor mentioned. Still not full ECE GFHB/NGHD tunneling due to missing hardware (LED SMDs and other chips) in US headlights.
VO coding is pretty easy using vanilla E-Sys 3.33.4. No need for FDL coding and Launcher Pro or Esysx.
