I've used PCD Parts a few times and also recommended them to a few people, too.
I have a set of their 12mm spacers and 15mm spacers too. I also have their extended 40mm wheel bolts and I had their 90mm studs from them for when I had a stud conversion kit.
They are a UK engineering company that manufacturer their produxts in house using the best materials. I can't say a bad word about them. Really happy with their products, prices and service.
