My current downpipe is a 4.5" VRSF catted one. Osprey say their 5" catted downpipe flows the same as a 4.5" catless downpipe does... I'm curious about this and wanted to see if it would make a difference to the car.

As for the TU plugs, they were recommended to me for tuned B58 engines. The BMW B58TU spark plugs are the same as NGK 94201(SILZKGR8B8S) spark plugs. I did read that they help with knock resistance and misfire reduction...it's something I've tried and not seen any negatives, so went with a new fresh set. My last set of plugs were fitted at 45,000 miles. The car is at around 56,000 miles now.
