So I am considering buying my first car in about 20 years... I am a diehard BMW LEASER, but now I live in Texas - a state that makes you pay full sales tax on a lease vehicle so leasing is not as attractive as it once was especially considering the great APRs and incentives that BMW is offering. I typically drive about 12K miles a year give or take...

My fear is all the electronics/sensors, etc and the high tech motor.

So here are my questions and it is for an M550XI

1 - Does anyone have the T&Cs about what is and is not covered?

2- Anyone knows what I can expect to pay? MSRP is $2,349 to 5yr/75k and $3499 for to extend to 6yr/100K

3- Anyone have experience using them? I know they are relatively new so it's a long shot but thought I would ask.
