Spartanburg is 2/3 of the way across South Carolina to the West - it's closer to Knoxville, TN than the coast. Not to say they won't get wet, and we were in the periphery of a Cat 4 hurricane once in Valdosta, GA, 200 miles from the coast, with some trees blown down in the back yard due to straight line winds over 60kt. But unlikely to be any significant wind effect that far inland from Dorian.
