First, use a clay towel with clay lube, and some iron remover at least. Then Turtle Wax Seal and Shine.
Given you haven't washed it in a few months, I can only assume you're not the weekend detailer type, so the above will at least de-gunk up your paint, not really correct anything, but at least it'll protect it for the next few more months... all while being pretty easy to apply.
