When I did read other discussions, somebody thought that there may be some country restrictions that are managed through Connected Drive in Cloud. Maybe I need to search parameters that are CD-related.

I have had that function from the factory, but it needs manual actions when speed changes. I am just frustrated, because even in Scoda Suberb the automatic reducing of speed is working
