Certainly radar detectors that crowd-source are additional tools, however the number of users of Waze create a much larger, more complete coverage area. I use both Nav's as needed - Waze when I am concerned about traffic or getting somewhere on time, and the BMW Nav when less concerned about traffic or slow downs. The addition to CarPlay has aded to Waze's usefulness, now only lacking wide screen and HUD. |
