There's no way dealer you bought thru shouldn't stand behind their workmanship?
If it was me, id go ahead and get an aftermarket one that's a little more aggressive since ours are so small anyway. Both my f10's 535 M sport and M5 came with a larger carbon fiber factory installed that I really liked. On my new M550 it's reallly small.
I'd have your sales man fight for you.
No one will do shit unless you threaten future purchases.
