Grid penalties were enacted in F3....the F1 teams were advised they will receive the same if F1 quali becomes a morning commute traffic gridlock....and what did the F1 pilots do?? They created a copy of the F3 madness....it's likely that the FIA and F1 Race Stewards assigned to this weekend will not have the courage to enact F1 grid penalties to the Q3 cars.
Let's see if the FIA follows through with their stern warning to the F1 teams.
Allowing this behavior to occur creates a massive safety concern on-track....cars going slow on-track and cars attempting to pass the gridlock to get to the front at race-speed....
