Got it working. There are a few other settings I turned on like
PIM_MESSAGE_SENDING
PIM_NEW_ELEMENT_SMS
PIM_NEW_ELEMENT_EMAIL
PIM_CREATE_NEW
Also turned on
PIM_TTS
PIM_SPEECH_TO_TEXT
Can now control way more in the car via voice. Love my car even more now. Thanks for your help all. Wish I knew about Bimmercode when I had my old 3 series!
