Was car just recently software updated? Mid July or later? If so, would you please check in iDrive the firmware revision loaded in your iDrive?

Scroll to Settings
Scroll to Position and software version
Scroll to software version
You should see NBTevo_X (where X is the software version). Which letter is on your unit? Should be either Q or maybe R
