I stand corrected. I was unaware they had added them for Canada, but you are right. I went on the configurator and sure enough, they are available as part of a $12k package. Interestingly enough though, I had read that starting in 2019, Canada would allow the Adaptive Beam Headlights, however in looking at a 2020 M550i for sale with the laserlights, it looks like the "Decoding for High Beam Assist" is still in the options list for the vehicle.
Hopefully them being an option there will make it easier to find used ones for sale online at some point for those who want to retrofit them in the US.
