DME tune is pretty strong, i'm using a stack with jb4. I read the OP's post again and turns out i'm having the same issue, car has so much lag when launching with LC. I did 1/8th in 7.36 @ 98.9 (0-60 in 3.4) with a pretty much empty tank.
