2" would be huge. That's like the difference in cG of a Boxster and a Camry.
But I do think the C8 adds back some of the gains since they weren't as concerned about a low hoodline anymore. The intake is taller and some other hardware is also mounted higher than it was on the C7. So I'm sure it won't be a 2" reduction, but it will likely be significant.
