I figured with the leather/trim option I wanted as part of the package, the remaining amount was worth it, to me, to have the power seats with memory & power folding mirrors. Both I really like. Love the bluetooth, works great with my iPhone. I have rotating frequency garage door openers, so the universal doesn't work
