Dinan has a Stage 1 Tune for M550 that is supposed to be unreal.. however extremely costly... I have heard the video clip of the M550 with the tune and Exhaust and personally not a fan of the sound.. though sound clips rarely show off the true sound.. some better than others.. but nothing is ever spot on like hearing in person.
I'm sure there will be quite a few options to come out in 2018 for a all 3 models

Burger tuning has a couple of tunes for the 5 series. It is probably the biggest bang for the buck.
