Apologies to all. I didn't notice that detail.

Unfortunately, it's not nearly as helpful as the other in terms of ID'ing a specific cause for those engines - bleed the system and refill, or check for leaks and fix them.
Cause listed is the suspected lack of complete fill during manufacture discussed earlier.
