Anyone knows what happen? Should I go to another dealer checking out?
Almost certainly related to AutoHold, try without it switched on. Same happens with my F11, but only with AutoHold engaged. AutoHold clearly adds some brake force, more than I need to gently stop the car

Difference in the X5, could be you need more brake pressure to initially stop, (possible servo rating rather than load on the pedal). AutoHold may not be adding much to the brake pressure to hold the vehicle.
