Only if you have specified speed limit information (if that is a selectable option on its own) or as part of a package. In the U.K. it comes in either the technology or assistance plus package , don't recall which one it was from memory.
If the camera hardware is present on your car might be possible to code , I'm sure someone here can advise whether that's possible or not.
It is quite a neat feature but subject to errors on occasion, it can sometimes miss a sign or read one on a parallel road or on the odd occasion read one of those speed limit signs you sometimes see on the back of a lorry!
I also think the current speed limit is contained within the satnav database but the camera will override that if it sees a sign .
