Your only other option is to check the price to ship the car to the dealer you are buying your new car from. If its cross continent it wont make sense as it will prob be over $1,000, but if its only 300 miles it might work out cheaper for you than the last 3 payments on your lease. But just make sure the car is in acceptable condition so you're not surprised by a fee cause your tires are too warn, or something else.
