I do not think you can be beat with that sort of low miles.
However, I think there is some merit in driving the car past the breakdown miles for two reasons. First, any breakdown limits on speed and RPM are lifted, therefore one can enjoy the vehicle to its full capability. Second, if there are any "factory-built" latent defects in the engine/transmission, they are more likely to surface early if the car is not babied.
